Pelister took over the top of the table after they defeated Rabotnichki in one of the more interesting matches this round. Substitute Aleksandar Anastasov scored the lone goal of the match in the 83rd minute. That goal meant three points for the home team, top of the table and a really good atmosphere before the derby of Macedonia in the next round when Pelister hosts Vardar.

Renova dropped two points against Metalurg in the dying minutes. We are saying dropped because they had big number of chances but Efremov was at top level today, saving his goal and team on numerous occasions, and Metalurg only managed to equalize in the last minutes of the match. Agron Memedi opened the scoreline scoring a real beauty directly from a free-kick in 29th minute. Metalurg had to finish the match with 10 men after Sedat Berisha was sent off in the 83rd minute when he fouled Sadiki from behind, but Viktor Angelov equalized the match in the 90th minute. Interestingly, 2nd assistant referee Laze Chakareski had problems and was unable to finish the match so 4th referee Vjolca Izeiri took over his place.

Vardar had no problems with Napredok and defeated them easily. Aco Stojkov scored as early as 2nd minute, while Edin Ademović doubled his team's lead 10 minutes later. Filip Petrov confirmed the win and set the final score of 3:0 in 62nd minute when he collected a rebound in the box and converted it into his team's third goal.

Makedonija Gjorche Petrov and Shkendija shared the points in a scoreless draw, while Euromilk Gorno Lisiche and Gostivar also shared the points but in a 2:2 draw. The hosts had a commanding 2:0 lead at half-time, but Gostivar managed to score two goals in the second half and got a point in the duel between two promoted teams in the First League.
