Vardar managed to grab the win in Bitola against arch rivals Pelister. Although Pelister took the lead first in 15th minute through Stênio Júnior, Vardar quickly equalized and then went on to get all the three points.

The match started evenly with Pelister showing some more initiative. Vardar's Filip Petrov attempted a spectacular bicycle kick from inside the box but his shot did not troubled Pashovski. In the 12th minute, Pelister's Gjorgi Mojsov attempted a low shot from outside the box, the ball somehow reached Stênio Júnior who was one-on-one with Pavlović and scored the opening goal of the match for an eruption of more then 8.000 people who were on the stadium in Bitola today. However, Vardar managed to get back in the game quickly. Just several minutes later, Grozdanoski took a free kick from the left side, there was a huge crowd in the box, but Ademović reacted the fastest and pushed the ball into the net for 1:1 - the score that was active on half-time.

The second half was more active in terms of chances. Both teams wanted the win and both teams had chances for scoring. In the period of 65th to 70th minute Vardar deservedly took the lead. First, they had an amazing opportunity where several players tried pushing the ball into the net after a corner kick but somehow the ball did not got in after several attempts. Then, Stojkov had a quick run down the left side, dribbling past two players but his pass was not well picked up and in the next minute he decided to go alone and did not made a mistake firing a ball past Pashovski and into the net for 1:2 and silence in Bitola. Pelister pushed higher up and went for equalizing but Vardar was dangerous from counter attacks. In the 85th minute, Bulgarian forward Vodenicharov had a great chance for the home team but his shot was saved by Pavlović who had a great game today. Several minutes later, Elmazovski took a great free-kick, Pavlović only blocked it, Dragarski got to the ball and pushed it into the net for 2:2 but assistant referee Marjan Kirovski raised the flag for offside. A moment which will surely be discussed for a while. The additional time was eventful as there were several interruptions and chances for Pelister where even Pashovski was in Vardar's box but the score remained 1:2 and Vardar managed to get a huge win. An interesting moment happened towards the end when referee Stavrev showed Despotovski a red card when he only wanted to give him yellow. He has quickly corrected himself but not everyone saw the moment and many were asking how come Vardar still plays with 11 men.

In the other interesting match this round, Metalurg defeated Horizont Turnovo and got to the top of the table. The lone goal of the match was scored in 28th minute when Marko Simonovski successfully converted a penalty.

Gorno Lisiche stunned Shkendija in Tetovo. The visiting team won 0:3 - a result that is surely not happening often in Tetovo. Napredok managed to get important three points in the match against Makedonija Gjorche Petrov, while Gostivar and Renova shared the points the in a 1:1 draw.
