Pelister had no problems defeating struggling Napredok in Bitola and easily came away with a resounding 4:0 victory. Gjorgi Mojsov opened the scoring in the 26th minute, while Bulgarian forward Dimitar Vodenicharov then scored a brace in the second half. He was brought on in the 69th minute and scored two goals in the span of just 10 minutes. Marjan Altiparmakovski set the final score at 4:0 in the 85th minute.

In Turnovo, Horizont Turnovo defeated Rabotnichki 3:0. Dejan Blazhevski extended his lead as the top goalscorer of the league by collecting a hat-trick, all coming in the second half. He first scored a quick double in the 70th and 73rd minute, before adding one more goal in then 88th minute when he successfully converted a penalty.

In a clash between two teams near the bottom of the standings, Makedonija Gjorche Petrov crushed Gostivar, celebrating a 4:0 win. Fahrudin Gjurgjevikj scored the first goal early in the fourth minute before adding one more to his tally in the 49th minute. Before his second goal, Filip Kolekjeski doubled Makedonija's lead just moments after the halftime break. Ermedin Adem, meanwhile, netted the final goal in the 60th minute to complete the 4:0 scoreline.

Bregalnica had a 0:1 lead at half-time against Renova in Tetovo, but they collapsed in the second half on their way to another loss. Renova scored three times through Samir Fetai, Eljmedin Redjepi and Agron Memedi to cancel out Bregalnica's lone goal which came courtesy of Lazar Iliev in the 44th minute.

Both games that took place in Skopje ended goalless. Gorno Lisiche shared the points with Metalurg, while the same outcome resulted at the derby between Vardar and Shkendija.
