Kire Ristevski, a left sided defender who can play either CB or LB, will continue his career in Bulgaria with Slavia Sofia.  Ristevski also drew interest from Skënderbeu, the reigning champion in Albania, but Kire decided that Slavia was the best opportunity to further his career.  Ristevski, 23, will move to Slavia after spending the previous three years with Bylis.  He served as the captain for Bylis this season.

Speaking to Albanian website "SportEkpress," the president of Bylis, Besnik Kapllanaj, said in part, "Yes, from yesterday Kire Ristevski is officially a member of Slavia Sofia, one of the popular clubs in Bulgaria.  We decided not to stand in his way even though there were offers from other domestic based clubs.  This is positive for Bylis as it shows a European model of marketing our players.  Ristevski has signed for two full seasons in Bulgaria."

Bulgaria will be the second international adventure for the Bitola born Ristevski who had spent his entire abroad career exclusively in Albania.  He had moved there from his hometown club Pelister.

Ristevski is a former regular of the Macedonian U21 national team, but is no longer eligible for that squad.  Additionally, Kire has been called up twice to the senior national team, once in late 2012 and later in the middle of 2013, but both times he failed to make his debut.
