UEFA Champions League, Group D, Arsenal - Galatasaray 4:1
Goran Pandev started for Galatasaray and played until the 68th minute when he was substituted by Portuguese attacker Bruma.  Galatasaray struggled mightily with the speed and quickness of Arsenal striker Danny Walbeck who scored a hat-trick to lead the home side to an emphatic win over the Turkish giant.

Italy, Serie A, Udinese - Parma 4:2
Stefan Ristovski was an unused substitute for Parma.  Pedro Mendes once again started at right-back for Parma, but he was innefective which led to him being replaced at the start of the 2nd half.  However, instead of Ristovski coming on, it was actually another defender in Fabiano Santacroce who played right-back in the second half.

Russia, Football National League, Gazovik - Krylia Sovetov 0:1
Adis Jahovikj started in attack for Krylia Sovetov and played until the 90th minute when he was replaced by Sergei Kornilenko.  Krylia Sovetov scored the lone goal in the 32nd minute to move into 1st place following the completion of 12 rounds in the Russian second division.
