Rabotnichki had many reasons to smileRabotnichki had many reasons to smileThe three Macedonian representatives in this year's Europa League each played three friendlies this month to prepare for their opponents.

Rabotnichki, the second placed side from last season, held their preparations in Slovenia. The club was perfect as they won all three of their friendlies. They beat Slovenian runner-ups Celje and two top division sides from Croatia. Rabotnichki is playing with tremendous amount of confidence heading into their Europa League match-up versus Flora (Estonia).

Shkendija, just like Rabotnichki, also traveled to Slovenia for their summer training camp. In their three friendlies, they compiled one win and two draws. The Scottish fans always travel well (that will also be the case for Aberdeen next week), while Shkendija's supporters have been energized by the return of Ferhan Hasani. A large crowd is expected at next Thursday's first leg in Skopje.
