Right-back Medzit Neziri has signed a 2-year deal with Moldovan side Dacia, moving there from Renova.

Renova and Dacia faced one another in the first qualifying round of the Europa League. Dacia easily won the matchup 5:1 on aggregate, but Renova right-back Medzit Neziri made a good impression on Dacia. Earlier today, Dacia signed Neziri to a 2-year contract.

Before Renova, the 24-year-old Neziri played for Shkendija.

Back in 2014, Neziri was called up by then national team manager Boshko Gjurovski for a training camp. Gjurovski wanted to test the abilities of the domestic league players to see if any of them were national team quality. Medzit found himself on the list. He then played in a match featuring those called up players (Gjurovski divided the team into red and white teams). Neziri, however, has not been summoned to the national team after that training camp.
