Metalurg recently made two reinforcements by bringing Zoran Danoski and Risto Mitrevski back to Macedonia.

Zoran Danoski can play several positions in attack, his best being on the wing, and he was brought in to replace the departing Marjan Radeski who was sold to Shkendija. Danoski spend the past couple of years in the Czech Republic, at Banik Most and Příbram. The Prilep native returns to the Macedonian league as a free agent.

Meanwhile, Risto Mitrevski returns to Metalurg after a tough year. He rarely played at Sarajevo after moving there in the summer of 2014, while he did get more opportunities after he was loaned to Donji Srem this past January. However, Donji Srem was relegated and Risto returned to Sarajevo following the season. Earlier in the summer, Mitrevski and Sarajevo mutually terminated his contract, making Riste a free agent.

Mitrevski then decided to return to Metalurg, the club he played for before transferring to Sarajevo. He was a good performer for Metalurg, so he should be a good addition for them.

Metalurg has a very young team, mainly consisting of players from their youth academy, but they do have at least one veteran at each area of the pitch. They have Stole Dimovski to mentor their youngsters at the goalkeeping position, they have Dejan Leskaroski and now Risto Mitrevski in defense, they have Mile Krstev in midfield and Zoran Danoski and Antonio Bujchevski in attack. Those guys are there to play well when called upon, but also to serve as extra coaches for the numerous teenagers on Metalurg's roster.
