Italy, Coppa Italia, Palermo - Avellino 2:1

Thus, they weren't in action this weekend nor will they have to participate in the fourth round.

Austria, tipico Bundesliga, Austria Wien - Mattersburg 5:1
Vanche Shikov played the entire game for Austria Wien who bounced back from their heavy loss to Rapid Wien by beating Mattersburg 5:1. All five goals for Austria Wien came after a red card was shown to Mattersburg. As for the lone goal by the visiting team, it was credited to Karim Onisiwo, but replays showed that Shikov touched the ball last before it went into the net. Vanche was trying to make a block, but Onisiwo's shot seemed to hit Shikov's leg before going in. Therefore, it is possible that the Austrian league may change that to an own goal.
