The derby of the round between Vardar and Shkendija failed to deliver. Instead of a spectacle, it turned to be a dull affair. Shkendija, trailing Vardar by one point entering the match, was focused on not losing. That approach led to underwhelming display as Vardar lacked the quality on this day to break down their opposition. In the 1st half, Dejan Blazhevski and Artak Dashyan had to leave due to injuries, but Vardar was ineffective with and without them. The same can be said for Shkendija on the offensive end. Overall, it was a derby to forget.

Highlights of the game:

Vardar: Pachovski, Brdarovski, Mijušković, Grncharov, Popov, Gligorov, Velkovski (55' Hambardzumyan), Blazhevski (32' Stojkov), Juan Felipe, Dashyan (43' Ljamchevski), Ivanovski.

Shkendija: Jovanovski, Todorovski, Rech, Berisha, Cuculi, Polozhani, Demiri, Alimi, Radeski (78' Totre), Stênio Júnior, Ibraimi (86' Kirovski).

Rabotnichki ran into more problems in league play. Things were looking good on this Sunday after Rabotnichki scored two goals in the opening half hour, but that did not last for long. Turnovo, which made two changes at the break, netted twice in the 2nd half to deny Rabotnichki. Aleksandar Milushev scored both goals for Turnovo, including a late equalizer deep into the injury time, to hand his team one point.

Sileks, like Rabotnichki, also dropped two points by letting in a late goal, in their case against Bregalnica. Sileks was looking to put some distance for that 3rd position, and Filip Duranski ensured a positive start when he grabbed the opening goal in the 19th minute. However, in the 89th minute, with Sileks still up 0:1 on the road, Slavcho Velkovski managed to find the back of the net with a nice shot, helping Bregalnica avoid the loss.

Metalurg continued to struggle by falling at home to Shkupi. Beom Geun Bae of South Korea, a player that Shkupi signed during the summer, netted the only goal of the game several minutes before the halftime break. After that, Shkupi defended their lead effectively, piling more misery Metalurg's way.

The third match that saw late drama this round occurred in Skopje between Renova and Mladost. Both teams failed to show much offensively and seemed destined for a goalless draw, but Argjend Gafuri got on the scoresheet in the 90th minute to hand Renova all three points.
