One of the biggest favourites for claiming the Cup, Vardar, got the easier opponent in the quarter-finals. In order to reaxch the semis they will have to eliminate Metalurg, the lone remaining seconmd league side who made it this far as in the previous round was a lucky winners since was drawn without an opponent.

The current champions Shkendija will play against Shkupi in a clash where they are the favourites. They will play their first league game on Wednesday as part of Round 3, a game that was postponed due to Shkendija's Europa League run.

The other two pairs are also between first league sides. Pelister, whose ambitions this season are to reach the Europa League qualifications, will face Sileks, while Bregalnica and Pobeda make the last clash.

The first legs are scheduled for November 23 at 13.30 CET, while the return will be played on December 7 with a kick-off at 13.00 CET.
