On a rainy day in Bitola, Pelister and Rabotnichki battled for positioning on the standings in a match that would turn out positive for the visitors. Rabotnichki captain Blagoja Todorovski scored an early goal in the 3rd minute and made the home side's task that much more difficult. Although Pelister then pushed forward looking for an equalizer, it was Rabotnichki who managed to score another goal. Former Pelister player Borche Manevski scored a great goal inside the box and practically decided the match. When Dushko Trajchevski of Rabotnichki got two quick yellow cards and was sent off in the 87th minute which then led to a goal by Pelister's Blagojche Glavevski in the 89th minute, there was a glimpse of hope for the home side but Rabotnichki defended well and would not concede another goal. In the end, Rabotnichki once again moved in sole possession of first place with just three rounds remaining this season. They now control their own destiny.

Metalurg was leading 1:0 at the halftime break against Horizont Turnovo in Skopje, but the visiting side managed to turn the game around with two goals after the break. The pitch was once again in pretty bad shape and Turnovo capitalized on its chances to move into second place.

Vardar defeated Gorno Lisiche 1:0 with the lone goal being scored by former Macedonian national team member Filip Despotovski in the 65th minute.

Renova defeated Bregalnica 1:0 in a match that saw the visitors finish with 9 men after both Sasho Gjoreski and Daniel Bozhinovski were shown red cards in the second half. Ljavdrim Skenderi was the scorer of the only goal for Renova who got an important three points to move five points clear from the last spot that leads to automatic relegation.

Already relegated clubs Gostivar and Napredok were joined by another team in the Second League next season as Makedonija Gjorche Petrov was mathematically eliminated as well. Although Makedonija GjP defeated Napredok in Kichevo, they are 11 points behind 8th ranked Renova with just 3 rounds to go, so they obviously no longer have a chance for survival.

Shkendija, meanwhile, had no problems with Gostivar by winning 3:0 as they aim to reach a spot that leads to the Europa League qualifications.
