Leaders Vardar did not had easy game against Bregalnica. It took 44 minutes for the title favourites to open the scoresheet, but the visitors immediately equalized. After the break Vardar managed to score a game winner.

Shkendija beat Rabotnichki in order to maintain the 2 point difference behind Vardar. After a 2:0 lead the visitors were downed to 10 men as Goran Siljanovski was shown a direct red card, but even that did not stop Rabotnichki to come back in the game by scoring a goal for 2:1. Still, the home team prevented a surprise by adding a third goal.

Sileks had to beat Shkupi in order to cement the 3rd position that leads into the Europa League qualification. The home side grabbed the much needed 3 points thanks to a lone goal by captain Duranski in the first half. Since Shkupi isn't a threat as they can't qualify for the Europa League since they have a ban, now Sileks is pretty sure for an European come back as they have 7 points more than Rabotnichki and 10 more than Bregalnica.

The play-out group today saw the official relegation of both Metalurg and Mladost. Everyone knew that these two will play in the Second League next season, but today that was officially confirmed. Both got defeated and now even mathematically can't avoid relegation.

The battle in this group is interesting only for avoiding the relegation play-off place. Turnovo is currently lying in the only safe place, but Renova is only two points behind.
