After the two league defeats by the title favourites, Pelister got back on the winning track with a road win in Kratovo to confirm the place in the semifinals. Pelister had a 1:0 lead from the first leg in Bitola and when Markoski broke the dead lock just before half-time in Kratovo it was clear that Sileks will be eliminated. The home team tried to equalize, but Pelister doubled the lead eliminating every hopes left in the home team. Sileks managed to score a consolation goal 16 minutes before the final whistle.

After the 2:2 draw in the first leg, Bregalnica welcomed Pobeda in Shtip. The bottom placed team in the first league managed to record a 3:0 win and for the second consecutive time to get to the semis.

Holders Shkendija for the first time this season defeated Shkupi, a team that became a nightmare rival for them as in the three games so far beat them once and draw them twice. Eventually Shkendija today had their revenge with a 4:0 win in which Ibraimi celebrated a hat-trick.

The last game between Vardar and the lone second league side Metalurg was already decided in the first leg. Vardar again won with the same result of 4:1 with Nikolov even scoring a goal in the same 26th minute he scored in the first leg. Brazilian substitute Balotelli celebrated a hat-trick in the second half.

So, Pelister, Bregalnica, Shkendija and Vardar are the teams that will fight for the trophy. The first leg games of the semifinals will be played on March 1.
