Austria, ÖFB Stiegl-Cup, Lustenau - Magna Wr Neustadt 1:3
Mensur Kurtisi got the start for the visitors and scored a hat-trick.  He opened the scoring in the 24th minute with a well taken penalty and scored twice in the 2nd half.  Kurtisi played the entire game.

Czech Republic, 1. Gambrinus Liga, Slavia Praha - Budejovice 3:2
Riste Naumov was in the starting lineup for Slavia Praha and should have scored in the 39th minute to give his team a 3:1 lead but his finishing let him down.  Naumov played until the 87th minute when he was replaced with fellow Macedonian Mirko Ivanovski.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Grasshoppers - Aarau 2:0
Aco Stojkov was once again Aarau's most threatening player.  He had a chance in the 4th minute when he went around his marker but his shot didn't trouble the keeper.  Grasshoppers dominated possession and Aarau was relying on the counter-attack and they almost took the shock lead when Stojkov received a good cross but his header from five meters was wide of goal.  The score was 0:0 at halftime but it was all Grasshoppers in the 2nd half and they went on to win 2:0.

Romania, Liga I, Brasov - Vaslui 1:1

Dusan Savic made his 1st start with Brasov and had a good scoring chance in the 1st half but he missed.  Savic was substituted at halftime and Brasov will be disappointed with the draw as they dominated the match.
